EHCP advice session for parents

The Advocacy and Support Partnership is offering a new series of advice sessions for parents and carers. Read their advertisement below for more information:

Dear Parents/Carers and Professionals

Education Heath and Care Plans (EHCP) - the deadline is looming.

Does your child or young person have one? Is it good enough? Are you going through the process? Or is your child or young person in a mainstream school without one?

As Local Authorities push forwards towards the looming national deadline, come and make sure your child or young person's EHCP is the best it can be, and will do what you need it to do! The fantastic Action For Kids EHCP seminar returns on February 20th in central London.

Hear top lawyers and education experts talk you through the process of what should be included. If you DO NOT have an ECHP come and hear what your child should be entitled to receive under SEN support, and find out whether you SHOULD be applying for an EHCP.

Find out how to frame your outcomes and which section of the EHCP is the most important. Only £15 including lunch for parents and carers, and £45 for professionals.

Book your ticket here using the links.
