Rights to Social Care: seminar

The CARE ACT and rights to social care support in adult life for young people with SEND/Disabilities.

The Seminar will cover the Care Act and the entitlement to support for young people and adults with SEND and disabilities from the age of 18, what a good care plan should look like, linking care plans with EHCPs, Supported Employment and carers rights.  Hear a fantastic range of top lawyers and other experts speak on all these topics.


The cost is only £15 including lunch for parents and carers and £45 for professionals*. The seminar takes place in Central London at the St Alban's Centre, Baldwin's Gardens London EC1N 7AB and runs from 10am to 2.30pm.
