Social care 18+ seminar on 12 Nov

The CARE ACT and rights to social care support in adult life for young people with SEND/Disabilities - amazing subsidised seminar for parents/carers and professionals, central London Tuesday, November 12th. 

The Seminar will cover the Care Act and the entitlement to support for young people and adults with SEND and disabilities from the age of 18, what a good care plan should look like, linking care plans with EHCPs, and the rights of carers to receive support.  Hear a top lawyer and other experts speak on these topics.

The cost is only £19 including lunch for parents and carers and £49 for professionals 
(a professional is a place paid for by an organisation, even where the delegate is a parent/carer) 

The seminar takes place in Central London:

Times: 10am to 2.30pm.
